Adjustable high-speed range
The high-speed adjustment of the compression damping of the KW V4 suspension enables faster damping during fast bumps and driving maneuvers. This optimizes vehicle stability at high speeds and dynamic driving styles without compromising comfort and control.
Setup development on dynamic test rig
Setup development on the 7-post test bench enables precise vehicle tuning through simulated driving dynamics. By realistically testing suspension behaviour and various characteristic curves, our engineers can optimize the setup and improve performance and handling in a targeted manner.
V4 Technology in detail
With the low-speed compression damping, you can adjust your suspension to the grip level of your tires.
The high-speed compression damping optimizes damping during fast impacts and thus increases vehicle stability at high speeds.
A vehicle-specific KW V4 application is supplied with an external expansion tank to provide the necessary oil volume.
Depending on the vehicle model, the KW V4 comes with aluminum struts.

Parts certificate
The scope of delivery of the KW V4 coilover suspension includes a parts certificate. This is used to register your suspension in the vehicle documents. Our parts certificate contains precise vehicle classifications, requirements and instructions for safe installation. We guarantee 100% reliability of all vehicle components.
Trapezoidal thread
Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread, the driver can adjust the vehicle height at any time. The stepless lowering can be flexibly adjusted even years later. High load capacity is ensured by the large cross-sectional area.
Composite spring seat
We manufacture the height-adjustable KW spring plate from a durable polyamide composite material. This material remains rust-free. The combination of INOX Line and stainless steel insert ensures that the driver can adjust the vehicle height at any time. Even after years of daily use.
INOX Line
We guarantee lasting protection against corrosion for several years. KW suspension struts are made of high-quality stainless steel. When you adjust the lowering of your vehicle, no coating is removed. This means that rust has no chance.
