With the V3 for motorsport, extensive characteristic curve design is possible. Whether racing cars for the circuit or hill climbs - this suspension is your companion for your next motorsport victory.

  • Piston rod diameter: 15 mm, 18 mm, 22 mm and 25 mm
  • Piston diameter: 27 mm, 30 mm, 33 mm and 36 mm
  • Shock absorbers with separate height adjustment (depending on version) or height-adjustable racing struts

It is available as a twin-tube or mono-tube damper with 40 mm upsidedown cartridge and separate compression and rebound adjustment. The V3 Racing can be ordered as a vehicle-specific development or as a customised product.

With the help of 16 clicks, you can individually adjust the rebound at the upper end of the piston rod.

The rebound stage influences the hardness of the suspension and the relaxation rate of the suspension spring.

With the help of 12 clicks, you can adjust the basic set-up of the compression stage independently of the rebound stage.

Technology

The KW V3 Racing is the entry-level product in our applications for mass and customer motorsport. The coilover suspension is available as a twin-tube or monotube damper with 40 mm upsidedown cartridge and separate compression and rebound adjustment. The housing is made of high-strength aluminum or galvanized steel.

Motorsport spring seat

Secured spring disc with a lock ring to prevent unintentional adjustment during racing. Aluminum spring plate with fine thread for precise adjustment of the wheel load and stepless adjustment of the ride height. The lower center of gravity improves the handling of the car.

Every KW Racing suspension is customized by our specialists based on many years of experience and vehicle-related data. In this way, we not only achieve maximum performance but also less tire wear and better lap times.

Valve technology

Independently adjustable damping with 18 precise clicks in the rebound stage and 12 precise clicks in the compression stage to find the right setting for every requirement.
